getting your visa!
Everyone is going out of the contry. Here are some tips and tricks for you to go to the embassy and get your visa stressless!
Going to the embassy to apply for your visa is always very stressful and there are a lot of things you have to remember. Here I have some tips for you how you can be more relaxed while applying for your visa.
First of all: TIME. Time is very importnt. Calculate enough time for your application because you aren’t the only person there and you will have to wait a lot. So don’t plan other meetings at the same day and calculate around 3h for your stay in the embassy.
Second: ARRIVAL. Plan your arravial carfully. If you are coming by car inform yourself in advance where you can park your car and how you get from there to the embassy building. If your are coming by train, also check the way from the train station to the embassy. If you wanna take a bus write the number and the driving destination down or make a screenshot so you don’t have to ask people and you will arrive on time.
Third: BAGGAGE. I don’t how it is in the other embassy buildings but in the US embassy you mustn’t take your bag. You are only allowed to take your documents and your cell phone with you as well. If you are going to Bern there is a bakery where you can hand in your bag - unfortunately the people aren’t really nice there. An other possibility is to stow your baggage into a locker at the train station.
If you keep in mind there three points while being patient and follow all the instructions from the embassy, you will stressless get your visa.
Good luck!

Summer Blues

Longchamp
Here I wanna show you my new Longchamp bag in size "L". I haven't used her yet, so I can't tell you if it's really handy, but I will use her soon. In exactly 11 days. The day I'll fly to NY.
If you like i can give you a feedback, for everybody who thinks of buying this bag too. And on my travel-blog www.agirlsw0rld.tumblr.com you will soon find a post about what I'm gonna take with me in this bag into the airplane.
I'm showing you my new bag, because I heared a lot of different feedbacks. Some really like them, others find them ugly. I personally like them for going on a one or two days trip or like I will use it soon as an airplane bag. What do you think about Longchamp-Bags?

get in shape to fit in your favorite bikini!
So February is ending and somewhere far away we can see summer coming. This means: It's time to work at your body, so that you will fit into your favorite bikini, like for example this wonderful piece from Victoria's Secret. I think they have really nice bikinis for this season.

(Sorry I couldn't uplod the picture)
In fact, I also restarted to train again after I paused the whole winter. Now, I go jogging one day. At the beginning just for 30 minutes, but if you are fitter then you can of course run a lot longer. The second day I do some exercises:
I do: 50 juming jacks, 45 crunches, 40 squats, 35 leg lifts, 30 jumping jacks, 25 crunces, 20 squats, 15 leg lifts and 10 jumping jacks.
After this I do run (you can also walk) for five minutes und then take a two minute rest.
I repeate this set until 20 minutes are over. If you are fit enough you can also do this exercises for about 30 or 40 minutes.
On the third day a take a rest and take a bath or just relax. So that my muscles can declamp. Then I go running again the fourth day and so on.
If you do any other sports in your freetime you can easily attach it into this fitness programm. For example if you are a swimmer you can sometime go swimming instead of jogging.
I am a horse rider (western style) and because I don't do it several times a week, I don't really attach it into my programm, because it isn't that exhausting at the moment ;)
I hope I could give you some ideas for your own fitness programm. If you want to know more about my activites, don't hesitate to ask. I also like cooking and preparing a lot of healthy meals or smothies.
