get in shape to fit in your favorite bikini!

So February is ending and somewhere far away we can see summer coming. This means: It's time to work at your body, so that you will fit into your favorite bikini, like for example this wonderful piece from Victoria's Secret. I think they have really nice bikinis for this season.

In fact, I also restarted to train again after I paused the whole winter. Now, I go jogging one day. At the beginning just for 30 minutes, but if you are fitter then you can of course run a lot longer. The second day I do some exercises:
I do: 50 juming jacks, 45 crunches, 40 squats, 35 leg lifts, 30 jumping jacks, 25 crunces, 20 squats, 15 leg lifts and 10 jumping jacks.
After this I do run (you can also walk) for five minutes und then take a two minute rest.
I repeate this set until 20 minutes are over. If you are fit enough you can also do this exercises for about 30 or 40 minutes.
On the third day a take a rest and take a bath or just relax. So that my muscles can declamp. Then I go running again the fourth day and so on.

If you do any other sports in your freetime you can easily attach it into this fitness programm. For example if you are a swimmer you can sometime go swimming instead of jogging.
I am a horse rider (western style) and because I don't do it several times a week, I don't really attach it into my programm, because it isn't that exhausting at the moment ;)

Check it out. I personally like Bobbi Brown a lot. Using their foundation makes my skin look natural and smooth the whole day. If you don't have a store which sells Bobbi Brown articles then you can use their Online Shop. There you can even order a palette with different foundation colours so that you can find your own colour without going to a store. I find this really helpful because in my mind it's somehow or other better to try out the colours at home because there you can put on the make up for a longer time, so you can look how your skin likes it and you have also much more natural light than in all these make up stores.

Online Shopping

So this will be my first post in English! I hope there will be some more, so my English-spoken readers can understand something:)

Today I wanna present you the clothes from my last Online Shopping Tour by Bershka.
I ordered a lot of things, especially shirts for summer and for my next vacations at the end of this month.
I really have to recommend the Bershka Online Shop because they deliver very very fast. So the parcel was there within 48 hours (and it came form Barcelona, Spain!!). It was in a very good condition and also the clothes were carefully wraped.

Very sweet shirt. It is really simple with the colorful heart on the white ground. You can wear it during the day and even in the evening you can combine it with a skinny jeans and wear some high heels. 

I totally love this shirt with its little diamonds all over the cross. It is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for going out.

Do you love Saint Tropez like I do? Then this is a must-have isn't it? 

Maybe for going at the beack. I don't know yet if I'll keep it. But the slogan on it is really funny:D

And I also ordered a pullover if it gets cold in the evening or in the early morning. It has some fractions at the shoulders, which I think makes it look very pretty.
